See House is a building-first home-listing discovery preview for Hong Kong. Using the app or website means you accept these terms.

1. About the service
See House helps you start from a Hong Kong building and check current residential listings observed from public third-party sources. The service is a constrained public preview: coverage is limited to supported districts while building matching expands. Listings shown in See House are third-party advertisements with source attribution and links; listing freshness is the last-known state from source observations, not realtime inventory. Matches are building-level; unit-level matching is opportunistic and not guaranteed.
2. Not an estate agency
See House is not a licensed estate agent under the Hong Kong Estate Agents Ordinance and does not provide estate agency services. Using See House creates no agency relationship. Before making any decision or transaction, verify unit details, price, availability, licence information, and viewing arrangements on the original source site or with a licensed estate agent.
3. Accuracy and availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Source data may be incomplete, out of date, or withdrawn by the source at any time, and building matches may contain errors. We work to keep the preview honest — freshness labels, source links, and stale-listing reporting exist for this reason — but we do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing or building information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use See House only for lawful, personal, non-deceptive purposes. You must not interfere with the operation of the service, attempt to circumvent technical limits, harvest content in bulk by automated means, or use the service to mislead others about a property or listing.
5. Permissions and privacy
Camera and location permissions are optional; every flow also works with manual search. How we handle camera frames, location, analytics, and support data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The See House and 睇樓 names, marks, and app design belong to their owner. Listing content, photographs, and marks from third-party sources belong to those sources or their licensors; See House displays them with attribution and links for discovery purposes only.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, See House is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing or building information, from decisions about renting, buying, or viewing property, or from interruption of the preview service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
8. Changes to the service and terms
The preview may change, gain or lose coverage, or be suspended at any time. When these terms change materially, we update this page and the date stamp below. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
10. Language and contact
If the English and Chinese versions of these terms diverge, the English version prevails. Questions: support@see.house.

睇樓讓你由香港的大廈開始，查看從公開第三方來源觀察到的現有住宅放盤。本服務屬有限度公開預覽：在大廈配對持續擴展期間，覆蓋範圍只限已支援的地區。睇樓顯示的放盤均為第三方廣告，附有來源標示及連結；放盤新鮮度為來源觀察的最後已知狀態，並非即時庫存。配對以大廈層面為準；單位層面的配對屬盡力而為，不作保證。
2. 並非地產代理
睇樓並非香港《地產代理條例》下的持牌地產代理，亦不提供地產代理服務。使用睇樓不構成任何代理關係。作出任何決定或交易前，請於原來源網站或向持牌地產代理核實單位資料、價格、供應狀態、牌照資料及睇樓安排。
3. 資料準確性
本服務按「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供。來源資料可能不完整、過時或隨時被來源撤回，大廈配對亦可能有誤。我們致力維持預覽的誠實——新鮮度標籤、來源連結及過時放盤回報正是為此而設——但我們不保證任何放盤或大廈資料的準確性、完整性或可用性。
4. 可接受的使用
你同意只將睇樓用於合法、個人及不具誤導性的用途。你不得干擾服務運作、試圖規避技術限制、以自動化方式大規模擷取內容，或利用本服務就任何物業或放盤誤導他人。
5. 權限與私隱
相機及位置權限均屬可選；所有流程亦可改用手動搜尋。我們如何處理相機畫面、位置、分析及支援資料，詳見私隱政策；私隱政策構成本條款的一部分。
6. 知識產權
See House 及睇樓的名稱、標誌及 App 設計屬其擁有人。來自第三方來源的放盤內容、相片及商標屬該等來源或其授權人；睇樓只為資訊探索目的附來源標示及連結展示。
7. 責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，睇樓對因依賴放盤或大廈資料、因租買或睇樓決定、或因預覽服務中斷而產生的損失概不負責。本條款不排除依香港法律不可排除的責任。
8. 服務及條款的變更
預覽服務可能隨時變更、增減覆蓋範圍或暫停。本條款如有重大修改，我們會更新本頁及頁底日期。修改後繼續使用即代表你接受更新後的條款。
9. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，爭議由香港法院管轄。
10. 語言與聯絡
